UDSIS Official Extract
- Contains a snapshot of enrollment data
- Unduplicated count (i.e., student will only be counted once; primary program/plan will be selected as program of study)
- The snapshot is only taken once during the semester. Spring and Fall semesters, the snapshot is taken after drop/add period on the 10th day of classes. Winter and Summer sessions, the snapshot is taken at the end of the semester.
- Used to report enrollment data for UD’s Facts and Figures
- Only contains snapshots from Winter 2007 onwards

- Contains a daily snapshot of enrollment data for the current semester
- Unduplicated count (i.e., student will only be counted once; primary program/plan will be selected as program of study)
- Data is always 1 day old
