The Cost Study Timeline

Timeline for The Cost Study. August - Registration Opens. January - Data Submission Deadline. February through June - Data Validations, Corrections, and Adjustments. July - Final Results Released.

Registration Opens

Registration for the 2024 cycle will open on August 13, 2024.

Data Submission Deadline

Data submissions are due to The Cost Study in the web portal by January 31, 2025. Please contact ire-cost@udel.edu for an extension.

Data Validations, Corrections, and Adjustments

After you submit your institution’s data, The Cost Study team will validate the data in your submission. From February 2025-June 2025, you will be contacted to discuss and make corrections to any errors or warnings in your data. All data submissions must be validated and approved by June 27, 2025. Submissions approved after this date may not be eligible to receive access to the Final Reports.

Final Results Released

Final results from the study will be available early-mid July 2025. Available reports include: national norms, 3-year averages, and custom peer analyses, along with your full set of institution reports. All results will be released through the secure, online web portal.
